Bedford Falls Alpaca Farm and Creekside Cabins
Bedford Falls has a fully modern mountain cabin
for you to stay at, just a few miles away from Jenny's Farm.
Bedford Falls Cabin is located between the creek
and the alpacas pastures. The area offers golf, white water rafting, fishing, shopping and so much more but the cabin offers
peace and calm in comfort.
Spacious living room with magnificent wood burning fireplace provides comfortable warmth
for quiet conversation with friends and family.
Walnut Hollow Ranch Purple Pony Cottage & Stables
Directly across the street from our farm, Walnut
Hollow Ranch has accomodations for all kind of animals, including the two legged kind!
They have a very spacious 3 bedroom cottage by a creek, that
sleeps 6 and comes with many amenities. Do you have a horse? Bring it along, as they have brand new stables for
you to stall them. Don't want to leave your smaller pets at home? Bring them along as well, as they have kennels,
a barn or yard enclosure available for your use.
Henson Cove Place B&B with Cabin
A tastefully decorated, unique rustic farmhouse-style Georgia Mountain Bed and Breakfast located in Hiawassee.
The inn is reminiscent of more laid back days, featuring stunning pasture and mountain views, porch swings and rockers.
B & B guests are invited to enjoy the view of the valley and
Kelly Ridge from the front porch swing or rockers. They may find a favorite book in the B&B's library, watch the satellite
dish TV/DVD/DVR, take a walk, or just kick off their shoes and relax. All reservations include a full gourmet breakfast each
morning served in the dining room. Breakfast is prepared on a 1929 Tappan gas stove.
Alpaca Owners & Breeders Association (AOBA)
AOBA is our
national alpaca organization and is the driving force of the alpaca industry. Through its efforts, shows are organized,
educational events held, and the direction of the industry is set.
The Southeastern
Alpaca Association (SeAA, represents 131 alpaca farms in the states of AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, and TN. It is an official
affiliate of the Alpaca Owners and Breeders Association.
John C. Campbell Folk School
In 1925, the Folk School began its work with its founders hopeful that the quality
of life could be improved by education, and in turn wanted to preserve and share with the rest of the world the wonderful
crafts, techniques and tools that the mountain people used in every day life. Today, The John C. Campbell Folk School offers
a unique combination of arts and crafts classes & instruction, rich history, beautiful mountain surroundings, and an atmosphere
of living and learning together.
